Obaseki said this while speaking on Tuesday morning on Arise TV, a broadcast arm of THISDAY.
The governor said he made promises to the people of Edo as a PDP candidate and it will be immoral and unfair to leave the platform given to him by the PDP to achieve his reelection bid.
”It’s not right to jettison them, I have no plan to return to APC.” In the same vein, the re-elected Governor stated that he has not planned to go to the senate, which is deemed as the retirement home for governors, after his second tenure.
According to him, he would rather be going into teaching after his second-term in the office. “I will like to impact the generation next”, he said.
